In today’s world there is, as there has always been, a seemingly universal strive for happiness, but what happiness is truly varies based on whom you ask. To many happiness is money, success in their career, and a high social standing, but for Dee Dussault and many others, that is not the case. Bliss is the key to Dee; she helps people find their bliss through relaxation, mindfulness, and sensuality, traits that far too often get kicked to the wayside in the fast-paced world we live in today.
Being a certified yoga instructor with over a decade of study and research into sexuality, Dee has had her fair share of experience and certainly stands true to what she believes and teaches. She has been profiled in the New York Times and many other publications, proving that these ideas are beginning to get the exposure they deserve. With every private case customized individually for the student, Dee assures that every single person that comes to her gets their own personalized path to bliss.
The questions Dee asks and the ideas she explores push the comfort level of many, but what many don't understand is that until you have explored the edges of your comfort zone, you will never truly know yourself. Dee breaks barriers between the mind and the body to truly tap into the body and fully experience its capacity for sensuality, relaxation, and pleasure.
With every great thing there was someone who did it first, and Dee is that innovator. While others live inside the box, Dee has risen above it completely, challenging the norms and creating an entirely new breed of relaxation and bliss. Dee was the first yoga teacher outside of ancient India to offer PUBLIC cannabis-enhanced yoga, and one of the first naked yoga instructors in North America. In referring to the cannabis of his time, one ancient Indian philosopher said it “freshens the intellect and gives alertness to the body and gaiety to the mind,” which only supports the idea Dee is trying to instill with the offering of cannabis-enhanced yoga.
